Credits, and what they pay for
The AI work we pay for is counted in credits, so you never see a provider's bill. Credits come with the plan and are not bought on their own. There are two kinds, and neither ever pays for the other.
Image credits
Every picture an agent makes: generated parts of an ad, cut-outs, relit products and scenes.

And tokens?
A token is how an AI provider counts the words its model reads and writes. You never pay us by the token. Your own Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini runs on your subscription with them and uses none of our credits. The Operator's tokens are what its Operator credits pay for.
When credits run out
Nothing running on Meta stops. New pictures wait until the month starts over, or until you add finished ads, which bring more image credits. The Operator takes new work again as older work leaves its 30 days. The billing page shows what is left of both.

Do I pay for the AI separately?
Without the Operator, yes: you pay Anthropic, OpenAI or Google for your own subscription. We charge nothing for connecting it.
What counts as a finished ad?
A concept designed in the brand's look at both sizes, 4:5 for the feed and 9:16 for Stories and Reels, and exported for your approval. It counts once. Revisions, ideas that are never designed, imported ads and videos do not count.
What if I have a different number of brands?
Any number from 1 to 15 works: €29 for the first, €25 each for brands 2 to 5, €22 each after that.
Can I add more seats?
Yes, at €5 each a month. Every brand includes one seat, and no plan has fewer than two.
What if I need more finished ads?
Each 15 more is €19 a month.
What are credits?
What the AI work we pay for uses, counted so you never see a provider's bill. Image credits pay for pictures: every finished ad in the plan brings 150, and a typical ad uses about 30. Operator credits pay for the Operator's model: each brand brings 1,000 while it is on. The two are kept apart, and credits are never sold on their own.
What is the Operator, and what does it cost?
An AI agent we run for you on our own model: it drafts the concepts, builds each design at both sizes and does the research you ask for in the chat, and you approve. It is €30 a brand each month, with 1,000 Operator credits a brand. Its credits are separate from image credits: the pictures it makes are paid from image credits like anyone's.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. Any plan can be paid yearly at 10 months' price, so two months are free. You get the same finished ads and image credits every month of the year as a monthly plan; they start over each month and do not pile up.
Do you take a share of my ad spend?
No. What your ads spend is paid to Meta.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.
How do I cancel?
From the billing page. The plan runs to the end of the month or year you paid for.
